Comfort Keepers has been serving seniors and their families in the Beverly Hills area since 2005. We help seniors maintain their independence, while living happy and healthy lives. Since our foundation over 10 years ago, we have expanded to provide care in many cities throughout Los Angeles County, including Bel Air.
There are over 8,000 residents in the city of Bel Air, with a median age of about 46. The city has one of the county’s highest percentage of residents over the age of 50. There are many resources available for senior citizens in this city, including the LA Department of Recreation & Parks. The Federation of Senior Citizen Clubs provides support to those who are in need of companionship, intellectual growth, and recreational activities. They offer citywide senior events at 30 senior citizen centers throughout Los Angeles. They also provide a Senior Citizen Nutrition Program, which brings healthy meals to seniors who are incapacitated seniors in need of nutritional assistance. We’re proud to serve a region that truly cares about its seniors and we’re happy to assist in that care.
Our caregivers encourage active lifestyles and healthy choices. We often take our seniors on walks around their neighborhood, leisurely strolls through the park, or explorations around their town. We get to know each senior and their interests to develop care plans just for them. Many of our seniors enjoy visiting the world-famous J. Paul Getty Museum in nearby Brentwood. This museum boasts famous artwork from Italy, Greece, and elsewhere, including works by van Gogh and Manet.
The caregivers at Comfort Keepers are dedicated to helping improve the lives of seniors and their families in Bel Air. Let us help keep your loved ones safe and cared for, while giving you some much-needed peace of mind.
